• TaiHuBang acts as an information intermediary and consulting/matching platform
• Services are provided independently by partners; TaiHuBang is not directly liable for the quality or outcome of partner services
• TaiHuBang screens partner credentials and manages ratings, continuously monitoring service quality

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when submitting inquiries so we can match services more precisely
• Before signing any agreement or paying any fees to a partner, fully understand the service scope and fee details
• If you are dissatisfied with a partner's service, you may report it to TaiHuBang at any time

4. Fees

TaiHuBang's consulting and matching service is free. Specific service fees are quoted by partners based on actual circumstances; we inform users of the estimated price range before matching. Final fees are subject to agreement between the user and the partner.

5. Classifieds

Classified listings posted by users on TaiHuBang (housing, jobs, second-hand trading, etc.) must comply with Thai laws and regulations. Posting false, illegal, or fraudulent content is prohibited. TaiHuBang reserves the right to review and remove non-compliant content.
